Earlier this month, I decided that I was going to repaint my photography studio. I am a paint snob and will not buy cheap paint. I would rather do one coat than three coats. I am loyal to Lowes and their Valspar paint. The stuff is $38 a gallon, but the stuff works so awesomely good. Every trip I make a stop at the "discount" shelf. This shelf is loaded with paint that gets messed up and ones that people decide they don't want. Someone must have been looking over me today, because I found the color I was looking for in the discount/messed up/reject shelf. . . . . white . . . . . for $5. Yes, folks, $5.
You have to be open minded when approaching this shelf and you have to make sure you aren't going to need more than one gallon. It's ideal painting small spaces, like laundry rooms and bathrooms. It's a great money saver for your next DIY project! Oh, and make sure you have them shake it up for you before you hit the register!
