Diapers and Dog Parks but First, Let Me Take a Selfie #UltraHug

If you know me by now, then you are more than aware of the fact that I LOVE summer, especially summer vacation.  One of my favorite things about summer are the mornings.  After a cup of coffee, I load up the troops and we head out on a morning walk (many times in our pajamas.)  The kids love it, I get my exercise and most importantly, our overweight furbaby gets to blow off some daily steam.  We have lived in Westfield now for three years and it was one of the best decisions we have made.  It is a growing and safe community with amazing schools and it's close to many city attractions.  However, the one project Westfield has been trying to get started for awhile now is a much needed dog park.  They have the space, the plans but just need a good jump start on the funding.  It would be great to have a place to walk to during our morning walks.  The dog could meet new furry friends while my kiddos continued to play and have fun.  I mean we do have to remember that Brady was our FIRST baby, so he deserves the extra attention just like the other neighborhood dogs do as well.  Plus Lola loves her Brady dog as much if not more than I do.  No, seriously, she is obsessed with him.  That's why we want to spread the love to our beloved city and nominate Westfield's dog park project to win a $2000 grant from Huggies as part of the #UltraHug Selfie Contest.

Selfie say what?!  That's right - Huggies will support ten different community projects by giving a $2000 grant to each of these projects just by taking a selfie with your baby!  Submit your selfie with the hashtag #UltraHug here where they will be featured.  On July 6th voters will narrow down 20 finalists to 10 winners who will each win a $2,000 grant from Huggies for a nominated community project of their choice.

Our community is already great, but it's fun to remember the furry ones that are part of this great city too!  I love that Huggies wants to share the love and help make other communities even greater.  And I'm quite certain Brady and his pals would say, "Ruff, ruff ruffity ruff."  Which means, "Thanks for thinking of us too!" in dog language nonetheless.

I would also like to thank Huggies for sponsoring today's post and encouraging me and Lola to try out the new Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra Diapers.  These diapers offer long-lasting leakage protection you can count on and have a range of sizes to fit babies from newborn to 35 lbs. Only Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra Diapers have a new, unique quilted liner to lock away wetness better.  They have a conforming, gap-free fit to keep your active baby dry throughout the day and the trusted Leak Lock® System has quick-absorbing layers for up to 12 hours of protection.  Lola is extremely thankful for the snug fit, especially after her enjoyment of blueberries in mass quantities here lately...if you catch my drift.

What project in your community do you want to nominate for the $2000 grant from Huggies?  Share your ideas with us!
